When starting a Facebook Outreach campaign, the first thing you need to consider is how many accounts you will need to hit your goal. You do this based on your CURRENT KPIs.
If you don't have any, we will use industry standards.
Example:
You want to scale past $50,000/mo from Facebook Outreach.
You have a $10,000 offer.

How many clients need to be signed?
5 (Pretty easy maths) $10,000 × 5 = $50,000

How many sales calls need to be taken?
Let's take 20% closing rate. So you close 1/5.
To close 5 clients, you will need to take 25 sales calls.

How many sales calls need to be booked?
Let's take 50% of prospects don't like you and won't show up.
To take 25 sales calls, you will need to book 50 sales calls.

How many positive replies need to be generated?
Let's say you book 5% of positive DMs into sales calls (1/20).
To book 1 sales call, you need 20 positive replies.
To book 50 sales calls → 20×50 = 1,000 positive replies

How many daily DMs need to be sent?
Let's say 5% of all DMs you send turn into positive replies. (1/20)
To generate a positive reply, you need to send 20 DMs.
To generate 1,000 positive replies → You need 20,000 DMs
This is a OVERSIMPLIFIED version of reality.
It doesn't take into account CAC, AOV, LTV, etc.
However, it's just to get you thinking.
In this hypothetical example, you are 20,000 DMs away from $50k/mo.
Doesn't sound so unrealistic like that, right?
Calculating Accounts Needed:
Once we have this in place, we need to figure out how many accounts we need.
To do this, we will do the following:
Divide the total monthly DMs into daily DMs
Divide daily DMs by 20 (Safe limit per Facebook account)
20,000 DMs a month → 1,000 DMs a day (5x week)
1,000 DMs a day → 50 Accounts sending 20 DMs each
So our infrastructure will need 50 Facebook Accounts.
Buying "Aged" Accounts
Unfortunately, Facebook is by FAR the strictest platform when it comes to random bans.
If you try send 1,000+ DMs on one account, you will get restrictions.
If you want to still proceed, you need a way to access "Aged" Facebook accounts.
Best scenario = You have 50 accounts you created with 100 friends from 5 years ago
Realistic scenario = You will need to buy them online.

How To Buy The Right Facebook Accounts:
Minimum 5 Years Aged
If you're going to buy aged, go for 5+ years.
Make sure it's ACTUALLY aged (ask SS if needed)
No More Than 10 Years Aged
Most people will tell you "the more aged the better". WRONG.
After 10 years, it actually becomes a RED FLAG.
Accounts also get too expensive
Warming up becomes HARDER (too long without activity)
Avoid Sending Crypto
ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS = reversible payment
Crypto transactions = non-reversible
Debit/Credit card, PayPal, Wise, Stripe, etc.
Original Email Access (CRUCIAL)
Without this, the owner can actually sign back in.
If the original email address is a temp mail = run
You can actually check in Instagram setting

If it already has friend, it already has a trust score.
Facebook priorities phone numbers > emails for sign ups.
Understanding Proxies for Facebook Outreach
A PROXY acts as a middleman between you and the internet.
When you connect through a proxy, Facebook sees the proxy's IP address instead of yours.
Having aged accounts is NOT enough if they are all on the same IP address.
Meta's systems will link them. Once one gets flagged, they'll all go down.
Now imagine you have 50 IP addresses.
Even if a few accounts get banned, you're SAFE.
The Tier Of Proxies:
Datacenters (AVOID)
Cheap and easy to spot. Facebook knows these come from server farms, not real users. Don't waste your time or money.
Residential (ISP)
These are assigned by REAL Internet service providers (eg. Comcas, Spectrum), which look like home interent connections.
Mobile Proxies (BEST)
They run through ACTUAL phone networks - Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T. Facebook has ZERO chance of detecting or banning you, because MILLIONS of their users use these networks.

Understanding "Router Hosting"
After purchasing your proxies, you'll need software to manage them properly.
The specific software you're looking for is an Antidetect Browser.
These tools create a completely unique digital fingerprint for each account you're running.
Dozen of other data points, which aren't really relevant to us.
All we need to know is that for each account, these softwares contain unique fingerprints.

Turning Your Aged Profiles Into Sales Funnels
Once you have enough aged accounts at your disposal, the next phase is optimizing them.
Unlike Instagram, we simply can't make other account of ourselves on Facebook:
When you buy an account, it usually already comes with an identity. Do NOT change that.

I like HD cities or photos of nature.
Anything Else, Do NOT Touch
Do NOT change the username or name
Do NOT add new profile pictures.
You can choose the cleanest one already on the account.
Do NOT delete old content. (Can make it private)
Finding High Quality Leads
The best types of leads we can message are the ones who follow you on your main account.
If you've built up an audience that you haven't reached out to, START THERE.
This is known as "warm outreach". Once that runs out, we need to go to cold audiences.

The Facebook Group Podium:
Public Groups → Avoid unless there's literally no other groups in your market.
Private Groups → They are the gold standard, but you're against the FB Group owner which has move leverage (you're doing cold outreach, they're doing warm outreach)
Paid Groups → If you bought a course/program that comes with a FB group, these leads are by far the highest quality.
You're still competing against the owner, but #1: They are buyers and #2: They're in pain
How To Leverage Paid Facebook Groups:
Let's Take For Example:
You buy a course = $1997
Comes with a private community with 2,000 members = $1 CPQL
(Think about how insane that it)
Let's be conservative and just exclude 50% of people:
Admins, inactive, etc. You now have a $2 CPQL
You DM 1,000 members in the group
100 Respond positively
20 Book into a call
You close 4 clients at $5,000
You've just spawned $20,000.
Best Practices For Accessing Premium Groups:
Do NOT direct pitch. They can just report to an admin and get you banned.
You want to find out their experience with the progra/course.
If they like it = will be harder to convert unless you have a complimentary offer.
Example: The course is about cooking, your offer sells the kitchen appliances.
If they HATE it = These are your best leads that you want to pounce on.
How To Find Private Facebook Groups:
Unfortunately, not everyone has thousands of dollars to buy Facebook Groups.
Even if you do, they may run out relatively quickly (relative to your niche)
The second best thing is to leverage PRIVATE groups
Example: You help SaaS companies sign more clients. Here's how to find groups:
Use Keywords
Literally the EASIEST way to find Facebook Groups. Just search for them.
Go on Facebook Groups
Search for keywords. Example: "Saas Client Acquisition"
Ask an LLM (Eg. ChatGPT) to give you a list of key searches
"I help SaaS founders scale with marketing and I am trying to find high quality Facebook Groups where they are inside. Give me some key searches to find them.
2. Your Competiors Or Influencers
Someone who is running a similar offer or helps the same market
Go on YouTube/Google and search "How To Sign More SaaS Customers"
Go through EVERY single relevant video you find
Go on the YouTube Description and see if they have a FB Group
If they have one, request to join
Groups Of Softwares, Tools Or Resources
That your ideal client likely uses throughout their day.
These can be official groups or fan groups
Example: You help eCommerce companies: Shopify + Klaviyo
Example: You help SaaS & Tech: Zapier, Make
Automated Facebook Lead Scraping
Legal/Ethical Note:
Facebook's Terms of Service prohibits scraping.
Use the strategies and some of these software at your own risk.
The Software we will use is APIFY
There are dozens of Facebook Scrapers(Seamless.ai, Clay, Phantombuster)
The PROBLEM is that none of them scrape enough data for us to create a personalised DM using AI, because they don't actually click on the profile. They just scrape data from the GROUP.

Step 1: Scrape The Group (This Actor will do it)

This actor will actually open each profile, one by one, and add all the things we will use to come up with personalised openers.

Lead Filtering & Sending DMs
If it's the first 7 days since account login, do NOT send a DM
After 7 days, start slowly: 5-10 DMs a day per account.
Work your way up to 20 DMs a day and do not go higher.
ALWAYS start with "Members With Things In Common"
These people are being suggested to you by Facebook (green flag)
The 4-Step Process To Sending A DM:
Qualify Them: Are they in your niche?
Your biggest leverage points here are looking at the about me, intro & posts.

For all other not marked ones, the default is RED.
Please help me by assigning each lead from the Google Sheet I am about to give you a data point.
Whatever you do, do not delete the full name and/or profile link/ID columns
Replace the Xs with your ideal client.
Then, GPT will mark your leads marked as red, yellow or green
While GPT will add leverage, there will be some leads that slip through.
So for the last 10%, you (Or a VA) can manually sort them out.
Important: The "Pre DM Routine"
Before you send ANY DMs, you want to engage with their profile first.
Add them as a friend, follow them, leave a few likes.
#1 → This reduces your chances of getting restricted
#2 → We've seen about a 50% increase in response rate from this.

When sending your outreach opener, you want to get straight to the point.

Once you generate a positive reply, you will try convert it into a sales call.
There are two ways of going about this:
You (or another human) does it
An AI prompt, agent or workflow does it.

There are three types of appointment setters, when it comes to using AI
Type #1 | The Cocky setter
This setter thinks they’re somehow better than AI.
They never ask for help, they never use it, they just do everything themselves.
